Chapter 2.1

 

It is a bit fitting that we start the first chapter of Gen. 2 with one of the founders getting old. 

"You've still got it, Mom!"

Penny received a little mini-makeover. I think the purple looks stunning on her.

"Now that we are young adults, Dhruv, I was wondering if you would want to take our relationship to the next level?"

"What do you mean?"

"Let me show you...would you be my husband and become a Wynn with me?"

"Heck yeah!"

Now that that's settled. And yes, he got a makeover finally, haha. He didn't change his hair, because it's actually cute.

Ok, I am just chuckling, because Dhruv here fell in love with Kennedy who is lazy as can be while he is all about that gym life and being active. Well, they say opposites attract, right?

Meet Dhruv: Active, Loyal, a Kleptomaniac (no one's perfect), and his aspiration is also Party Animal so it's just meant to be really. He also joined the Athletics career. This is where you will find him almost always.

Because they are both party animals, there was no doubt on anyone's mind that their wedding would the Gold Star event of the season!

They are so cute together. I love them.

(Also, why does a musician never show up when you hire one? I should've just had Eloise play the violin!)

No one has forgotten about you, Cookie! You are cute too. Just the cutest little kitty. :) I don't think I mentioned his traits before but he is Curious, Territorial, and I think Playful.

This chapter is going to be chock full of birthdays and weddings as you will soon see. Eloise invited Carrie over for her birthday. It was her finally her turn to become a young adult.

Carrie is Mean, but she is also Creative and a Genius. Her aspiration is Big Happy Family, which is not something we will be able to achieve in this household sadly. If Eloise was heiress, it would be different.

Eloise didn't waste time putting the moves on Carrie. Luckily, Carrie was very much into it.

Catarina also approved.

I do sort of wish Eloise had thought to change out of her gym clothes first though.

Kennedy was also putting the moves on a very stripy Dhruv. I guess he wasn't too sick to turn down some Woohoo.

"I was thinking maybe it's time to start our family soon, Dhruv. I want to have more kids than my parents had. I'm not a family sim, but I like the idea of three."

"Three is good to me!"

But first another wedding! This didn't count toward Kennedy or Dhruv's aspirations because they couldn't be the one to throw the party. Drat! Also, sickness must be going around because poor Eloise broke out in spots on her wedding day.

So at first I was going to keep Eloise around for long enough for her to complete the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration and get the point for two creative aspirations on one Sim. But the house is getting very full with three couples living there now (and Eloise has already completed one aspiration already!) so Eloise and Carrie are going to move in with her parents in Windenburg at the beginning of the next chapter...
