Chapter 1.6

 

Duncan has made it to level 3 of both the Tech Guru and Business careers. Now he is on to Writing!


Geek Con is by far Duncan's most favorite town event so of course he had to go. Penny came as well, mainly for the socializing as you'll later see.

Of course Duncan won the Hack-a-Thon, but he didn't do so well at the gaming challenge sadly.



So I couldn't find Penny for a minute and when I switched to her of course she is singing at the karaoke bar next door! And who should join her but everyone's favorite famous Sim Bella Goth?

Penny was in fact so starstruck that she got stuck in the door!

"This is painful." 


Geek Con is also the perfect opportunity to experience Woohoo in the stars! And you apparently earn an achievement for this, the 50 Mile High Club, haha.


Eloise grew up into a teenager! She now has the traits Good, Music Lover, and Creatively Gifted. Plus Top Notch Infant from when she was just a baby.

She rolled the aspiration Musical Genius, which is just perfect for her. It was totally random too! 

I'm not sure why I took this picture other than to show some family bonding time. Also the plate is still stuck in the couch lmao

Kennedy brought this boy home from school with her (totally forget his name), and she tried to make friends, but he has the Mean trait so all he did was make fun of her. Rude!

Penny has been leveling up painting in order to paint us some legacy portraits. This is apparently her first attempt at herself. I am dying. 

"Practice makes perfect."

She is much better at painting cats it turns out. Meanwhile, Duncan is slowly working his way toward leveling six skills to level 8 for his aspiration. Comedy is one of them.

  The girls continue to try and make friends. Eloise is pretty successful with this girl named Abby Jang. At least I think it's Abby. She has a sister, and she comes over to the house sometimes too lol Eloise got a room makeover after her birthday. It's pretty cute I think. Chapter 1.5

  Penny made a New Year's resolution to get fitter. I think her face sums up how she is feeling about that right now, which I completely relate to! Penny is an Outgoing and social Sim so she felt bad being cooped up in the house all the time. It was time to throw on her party clothes and have a night on the town. The Sim with the orange hair is so pretty and has great style, haha. Because he has the Renaissance Sim aspiration, Duncan quit his job in Tech and got a new, lowly job in Business! He looks so cute in his purple button down. None of his work outfits include his glasses though, which annoys me. I don't know how to fix that. Chapter 2.1

  It is a bit fitting that we start the first chapter of Gen. 2 with one of the founders getting old.  "You've still got it, Mom!" Penny received a little mini-makeover. I think the purple looks stunning on her. "Now that we are young adults, Dhruv, I was wondering if you would want to take our relationship to the next level?" "What do you mean?"
